Direct view of material loading makes it easy for the operators to monitor operation and adjust set conveying times.
Reduction of clogging
Clogging is reduced with a patented deceleration chamber that facilitates separation of material from the air stream and a fast-action slide-gate that prevents pellet entrapment during material discharge.
Easy access for cleanout
The top cover of the receiver includes the vacuum valve, material inlet and cleanout port.
The MLS Maguire Loading System controller
Two types of control – a basic 8 receiver control or the advanced FlexBus control which is expandable to 5 vacuum groups and 48 receivers per pump.
Easy setting of fill time
Simplifying conveying setup, the push-button activation of the ‘Autofill’ software sets the fill-time for each receiver.
Automated loading
The controller sequences through the various receivers, loading each as either First-In-First-Out or priority loading, depending on your requirements.
Load conveying alarms
A load-failure alarm with reset is incorporated in the controller.
Choice of compact vacuum pump
The power unit is portable and is available with a 1, 2.5, 5 or 10 HP pump / .75, 1.9, 3.7, 7.5 k/W pump.

The modular layout of the MLS system allows you to expand as your plant grows.
48 receivers per vacuum group
The basic MLS controller controls up to 8 receivers as standard. The FlexBus control system is capable of controlling up to 5 vacuum groups and per vacuum group up to 48 receivers, allowing the system to grow with you.
MLS FlexBus warranty
All components, except for consumables, are covered by Maguire’s 5 year warranty program for the MLS product line.

GHR Glass-Vu Hybrid Vacuum Receivers
The Maguire GHR vacuum receivers incorporates a hinged lid for easy cleaning and patented filter cleaning to ensure less maintenance intervention.
System compatibility
The Maguire GHR receiver integrates with the existing range of Maguire conveying equipment, such as our Maguire MLS Loading System and our FlexBus conveying system, but can readily integrate with a third party option. This allows the user to benefit from the latest controls that utilizes the equipment and expand your conveying as required.
Hinged lid
Our Maguire GHR has a hinged lid incorporated into the design for easy filter access and cleaning as required.
Clear loading body
The clear glass centre section allows for full view of filling action and easy setup and monitoring of material changes.
Voltage options
The Maguire GHR receivers comes in 24DC as the standard control signal but are available in 24AC, 115 VAC and 230 VAC to meet your conveying requirements.
Patented filter cleaning
The patented filter cleaning blow-back completely clears the filter and can be set to occur at the end of every load to avoid fines from collecting on the filter.
Fast action slide gate
The receivers feature a patent pending, fast action slide gate that prevents pellet entrapment during material discharge. The discharge slide gate does not invade the hopper that is being filled, which eliminates clogging and frequent loss of vacuum common with models using “dump flap” discharge.
Choice of receivers
The Maguire GHR Receivers are available in both 10lbs (4.5kg) and 20lbs (9kg) sizes and are ideally suited for loading a wide range of granular free flowing materials, conveying to Blenders, Feeders, Drying hoppers and Machine hoppers.
